Can anyone give an honest assessment of this tent? I dont see how the roof would offer occupants two different head levels when it appears to be uniform for the most part. Has anyone had any experience using this tent? I cant find a review for it anywhere!!!

There's is not a major difference between the two sides. I personally think it is a fairly good tent, though a little cramped. You can find bigger tents for the same weight or price.

Trust me, the roof is not the same height on each side. Here is an honest review: you can buy a much better tent for the same weight or less.

If you go to the TNF site and examine the Meso 22 image using the provided zoom tool, you will notice that the asymmetric arrangement of the poles creates a greater height at the door corners and a lesser height at the "non-door" side of the tent top, which sort of rolls off. This would create a shed-roof-like structure with "high" and "low" headroom "sides." http://www.thenorthface.com/catalog/sc-gear/meso-22.html?parent_category_rn=
