Got a pair size LARGE, but they loot so big on my 155 ROME CHEAPTRICK.... would my size 11 boots fit a medium?

Yup, a medium would be the way to go. Call up custy service and they can help you out.

wrong wrong andrew...they fit up to 12 at least...thats coming from personal experience with this binding...if you get a large then you wont be able to crank your straps tight enough even at the smallest setting, it happened to me and it SUCKED!

Nah, sorry. A medium will only fit up to 10 at the most. A large is the only way you can go.
