Is the sizing on these shoes pretty much the same as the sizing on, for instance, the Keen Venice? Or other Keen shoes? Any comparison might help. Thanks.

In my experience, Keen shoes size consistently in terms of length. The shoes with a women's specific last (like all of the causual and more cute shoes) are narrower than some of the shoes that seem to have the same lasts for men's and women's, such as the the Targhees.
