Write your question here...I tried on both the medium and the large sizes. The large feels a bit too big and the medium is a little snug on the torso and the arms are pretty much perfect. Which should I choose? How is this jacket supposed to fit?

Yeah I would go with a medium because generally you don't need to do too much layering under a softshell. It is made more for warmer weather and light rain or wind, not winter conditions.

Well if you have tried on both sizes then you know how it fits on you for sure then. So I would just go with what works best for you. Sounds like out of the two different sizes the M seems to fit the best so that is what i would recommend.
