What is the difference between the 2 roxy hocus pocus integral skis on your web site. one #QKS3618 comes with bindings for $251.37 and the other one #QKS4795 is without bindings for $375.00. The photos look the same/stats too? Wondering which one to order.

I'm pretty sure they are the exact same ski, but one has the binding. It is probably cheaper because most people don't like integrated binding systems. If you don't really mind, I would say get that and save the $100, if the size is right.
