Are these thick enough to use as an only layer for casual use on the town? Or do they have that weird translucent thing going on?

I've got the bone and it's see-through enough that I use it only as an undershirt. The darker colors should be fine though.

Hey Brandon, The black and grey ones should be dark enough for single layer casual wear. I've got the grey one and I wouldn't call it translucent. The white-ish one (Bone I think) may prove to be problematic for you though. Go for a darker colour if you're concerned.
