I'm 5'10" and 175 athletic. Based on all of the reviews I went XL as did not want tight. Anyway, they're too loose and long (the latter may be beneficial to many, however). I take L in everything. They are not too bad but I'm thinking the L would have been perfect. To the guy who is 6'3" and 210, I have no idea how XL is 'going up a size'. Dude, you are XL.

There are a tight slim fit. I would suggest going up one size unless you like super tight shirts. I am 6'3" 210lbs and sized up to an XL and it fits my like a normal t-shirt.

I'm 5'8", 155 lbs and the medium is perfect.

I'm 5'10 and 165 and medium is crazy tight in the armpits, it's getting returned. I wear medium in most of my other shirts. These shirts have a weird cut, very tight in the armpits, I personally don't care for it.

Ditto on the sizing. If you're in-between sizes, go for the larger one; they're a bit on the slim side.

I'm 6'2" and 185lbs, on me the L is just short of skin tight. Best shirt ever.... get one.
