A Question about Northwave Bike Aerlite S.B.S. Cycling Shoe - Men's

I really like the Northwave Bike Aerlite S.B.S. Cycling Shoe. Can someone advise on cleat compatibility, though? I have an older SPD-R cleat, for a Dura-Ace road pedal from about 2000. (I know I'm due for an update, but I actually still love the pedal and want to keep running them awhile longer. Since this shoe is fit for 3 hole road cleats, you shouldn't have any problems.

That is not a 3-hole cleat. Its a 2-hole cleat.
