Write your question here...Want these for my 20 yr old son, who is very slim and small-boned. Waist is 28-29", inseam size he wears is usually about 31-32". He wears his pants low on his hips. He is about 5'10" or 5'11". Ordered the small longs, but maybe the small regs are better. My concern is the talk in some reviews about cutting the legs with skis. So, would they be more apt to be cut if too long? The reason I wanted the longs is because he is tall for a small size waist, but on the other hand he is still an average height. I figure the longs might be at least an inch or two long, since he wears 'em low on hips... any advice? Otherwise, I may order both lengths and return one.

Get the Small/regulars. I have a pretty comparable build as your son sitting at 135lbs and 5'11" and the sm/reg fit perfectly.

They get cut up because they are long, and are dragged around closer to the ski than normal. The regulars would probably be best, but your idea to order both and return one is a good plan, especially with bc.coms good return policy.
