Gas splashed on my North Face Apex jacket and after two washes it still smells like gasoline. Does anyone know what I need to wash it with to get the odor out of the jacket?

try rubbing it down with powdered lime and let it sit for awhile then wash- this will neutralize the smell. it works great in getting gas smells and smoke smells out

Hang it outside for a few days (in your garage or something). This should let it air out and the smell will disappear. You shouldn't need to wash this jacket very often.

Hey Jonathan. I would suggest either setting your jacket on fire and getting a new one, or washing it with Nikwax Tech Wash. Granted, I haven't actually tried Tech Wash to get gasoline fumes out of my jackets, so I cannot gaurantee success. It's worth a shot though.
