What's the proper care for these things? Hand or machine...

What's the proper care for these things? Hand or machine wash? Cold or warm water? I've read that most Gore-tex can be washed in warm water, but I don't have the tags for these babies anymore.

Its goretex, so you can machine wash just like any other gore tex fabric (look at your coat labels!)

Some luke warm hand washing usually does the trick for me.
