it's about 1/2 the electrolyte profile and about a 1/4 of a vitamin. it's a totally different flavor too. i love it. it's more of a drink you can consume all day long. where as with the sodium content in nuun you probably don't wanna do that. it's soooo good. goji berry green tea is the bomb.

Nuun U Hydration has a few more calories, fewer electrolytes and more vitamins than the regular Nuun tablets.
