What is the length like? I am 5'9" 145 lbs, and i cant decide between the small and the medium, will a small be too short for me? if i get the medium will the sleeves be too long?

I'm 5'9" and 150 and have a medium. The body is snug and good length. A small would be pretty tight for me even with a t-shirt under. The sleeves are a little long but i don't mind.
