I am a waitress and need shoes that Won't slide around on the kitchen floor, Danskos are too heavy and Birks are too stiff, how do you think that these soles would hold up?

Hello, The Poppy has a latex outsole that is very sticky on slick surfaces; I think you will find that it works great for your application.
