Do you sell replacement lids with the bite valve? I've had a mishap with one of mids - it jumped off the couch!

I found the lids on this site today, they only have blue in stock, no black :-( http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/Pages/CAMELBAK/cap-blue.shtml

They are definitely prone to jumping off the couch without proper training. Mine thought it would be fun to stay on the roof of the car once (but not for long) rather than follow me inside. BC doesn't sell replacement lids and CamelBak doesn't list lids as a purchasable part.
