How to I get my Dakine Interval Backpack replaced?
Do I mail it somewhere and where? Do I need to send all of it (like the cover or laptop cover thing it came with) or will it just be sent back to me without whatever I don't send it with? Do I need to go dig up the reciept, or is the bookbag itself evidence enough? Is there anything else I need to send with it?
(Mine bookbag is falling apart from use, gaping open with much of the main zipper loose and threads getting tangled up. I can only zip it half-way, so my books and folders in it are easily visible.)

If you bought it from Backcountry, you'll need to get an RMA number and fill out the return form that came with it when you bought the pack. Chat with one of the customer service people if you need help.
