Is this jacket warm? (says Insulation - None) I'm looking for something to ski in. Also what is the waterproof rating in grams eg 10,000g?

It'll keep you dry and block the wind, but it's got no insulation (as you noticed), so it's not warm in and of itself. You'll have to layer. I couldn't find a conversion rating for psi to grams (probably because no one does waterproof ratings in grams), but 25 psi is the government standard for 100% waterproof. You can sit in the most driving rain imaginable for as long as you want in this and won't get wet.
