Hi, is this Madison Insulated Parka fully waterproof? The specs say it's "Waterproof: 10k" bu I don't know what means. Thanks!

Yes this jacket is essentially waterproof. 10K means that the fabric can withstand 10,000 mm of rainfall in a 24-hour period before the water will permeate the fabric (That is about 33 feet of rain).
