I'm 5'6" 135 and was wondering which size would be best. I plan on using the jacket as a piece of gear rather than just as a town jacket. It seems like the small fits well, I found the sleeves and torso to be longer than any other down jackets I've owned or tried, but the neck is a little small. Has anyone close to my size tried the small or med??

5'7 and 135 - medium is perfect. Any smaller and it would creep up your back and let in the cold. Neck fit just fine and bottom hem cinches on both sides. Too tight and the jacket won't be as warm.

Stick with the small, unless the neck tightness is cutting into your skin and restricting movement and/or blood flow.....you kinda want a nice comfortably-tight seal around your neck to keep that cozy warmness inside the jacket!
