6'3 180lbs. Knowing that this is a base layer and should fit snug, will a large be big enough (long enough) or do I need to go up to the XL.

I'm 6'4" and 195 lbs and the XL fits really nice. Snug but not tight.

I am 6'01" 210, 36 inch wasit and 46 inch chest 34/35 inch sleeve and the XL fits me like a glove. I have just enough room to wear a lightweight base layer t shirt underneathe. THe length sits just about the belt line on me. hope that helps
