I would like to buy this jackeyt for HOT wether in cambodia-I am looking for the "coolest" rain jacket out there-is this one for hot weather

The fabric is lightweight and soft without being clingy. I have not worn it in places as humid as Cambodia, but it has been great on hot summer paddle trips.
