I call the posting on the shoe more of a fatigue post than a motion control post and in a LIGHT shoe. The last answer summed the shoe up well but the only thing I would add is that if you combine an aftermarket insole like an Enduro-sole or a Superfeet with this shoe it adds additional arch support and a little stiff-ness. Hope this helps!

They fit very similar to the Continental Divide. They are medial posted which helps with support and control, but its not super aggressive control like the old Hardrock or a control road shoe. They have middle of the road arch support.
