What is the floor made of? Is it waterproof? Is is tough, or should you use a ground cloth under it? Also, what is the height at the peak?

The bottom is PU-Coated 3000MM Nylon floor and it is water proof to where it wraps up and meets the mesh so as long as the water isn't higher than that it (looks to be about 6 inches) it shouldn't get in.
