Would it be an issue that the kacket has no powder skirt? I tried one on and its long and comfy,but still cannot decide. thanks

no big deal....i have one and it's pretty long so....you might not need a powder skirt but yeah it is your call

you can always use it w/ a bib, or a pair of pants with higher waist.

That really is your call. A powder skirt is great feature, but generally I just wear a really long first layer underneath and tuck it in. But for those deep days a powder skirt is a great feature. Its really your call, if you like the jacket then get it and just make sure your first layers are all tucked in.
