It appears that the sizing seems a bit off. I would typically order smalls, but your site is showing that I should order mediums. Do they run on the small side?

Descente is a Japanese company, and so they typically have a bias to run a little bit smaller. Just keep in mind that Backcountry has a killer return policy, if you're worried about it order both sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.
