A Question about Nike Timing Imara Orb Watch - Women's

I just received this watch as a gift - it is a very pretty/functional watch...but the face is quite thick and it is a bit heavy. How can I be sure the watch I exchange it for is not as thick/heavy? Am I missing something in the specifications about these details?

Watches are deceptive, I know primarily because I just went through the nasty process of finding one that fit me, wasn't too big but not too small, and looked good.
With Backcountry's killer return policy, order a bunch and ship back the ones you don't like.
