another question. I'm 5'6'' 135lbs 29 waist, would a small fit or would it be to baggy. Would I be stepping on the bottom of the pants?

The inseam on a small is 28"-30". Since i am 6'2" and need about a 34" inseam from my hips, i think a small MIGHT work for you. They might be an inch or two long.
