Do the removable liners flip back to reveal your fingers?
Also, how much do they weigh?
Lastly, I'm having trouble deciding between these or the Outdoor Research Meteor mittens; any advice?

No, the removable liner is just a removable liner. 0.98 lbs for the weight. I would stick with these. I have always had a good experience with DaKine and they offer a lifetime warranty.
