Anyone having this jacket in XL? Can you tell me the back length...

Anyone having this jacket in XL? Can you tell me the back length measurement from the neck seam. Also the measurement across the bottom, flat, from seam to seam?

I would approximate the XL by adding 3" to the chest and hip ; and 7" to the waist measurements according to the size chart (using the higher number in the range given in the size chart).

27" for center back length. Based on Swoon's answer below for the small being 17", I'd say the 1/2 hem measurement would be around 20".
