Does this chair have straps to compress and attach it to a pack? Or do you need a compression sack?

The Trekker Lounge does have two straps at the head of the sleeve to secure the rolled up pad which could also be used to attach it to your pack. However these straps only work if you remove the stays and roll it from the bottom to the top. Some people have trouble removing the stays or don't remove the stays for fear of loosing them (which is my problem) and therefore must fold and roll it so that the stays are parallel. In that case a compression sack would be needed. Hope this helped.

It doesn't come with a pad, just the sleeve. It rolls up to quite thin, but still the length of the stays.
