Anyone know the weight on these crews? I'm 5'10 163 - I don't like a tight fit can I get away with a large? Also what would be the equivalent patagonia capilene base layer 1,2,or 3?

It is a lightweight baselayer. I would definitely recommend sizing up. That way it will be a less tight fit and also be longer, hence easier to tuck in.
