For the Suunto T3c, how in the heck do I set up the speed and distance portion of this watch. I bought it a week ago and can not make sense of this instruction book. Please help.

For Speed/Distance you'll need to have one of the PODs. Open the menu in the HR mode, and scroll down to Pair a POD, choose which POD you have, and turn it on. Once you pair a POD the speed/distance menu will appear as a third mode (in addition to the time, and HR)
