I almost have a wide size foot (8.5); almost flat arch with a slight high instep. How would this shoe fit me? Also, I love to crosstrain! Typical thing for me to do is to ride my mountain bike to a hiking trail. Hike up and down for about 4 miles and head back home on my bike. Plus, I do ride some trails on occasion. Does this crosstrainer shoe fit my needs? I'm thinking between the Kota and the Mantra. Thanks for you response.

These don't have exceptionally high arches, but you will will want to replace the insole with a custom one to make sure it fits right. If width is an issue, check New Balance since they make multiple widths in all their shoes.
