I just got a Suunto t3c deep green heart rate watch. I can not for the life of me figure out how to program the basic time, date, etc. It said it would automatically promt me, but it's not. In fact, it already has that information, but it's incorrect. Help?

Firt off, open the instructions and read them. in time mode, hold the mode button (center right) until it opens the menu. Use the top and bottom right buttons (+/-) to scroll thru menus, you'll see time, date, etc. use mode button to enter the menus, and +/- buttons to adjust values.
