  • Stomping Grounds:

    Utah
  • Bio:

Native Utahan. Live to snowboard, bike, hike, hunt , backpack, and just be outside. I have an addiction to gear. Just ask my wife. It can get a little ridiculous at times. I hate more than anything when I am in the back country in an area that I consider remote and find a beer can. Lets keep the beer in camp where we can enjoy it and throw it in a trash bag when it's empty you clowns.

Best jacket ever

Marmot Guides Down Sweater - Men's

Marmot Guides Down Sweater - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 12, 2008

I love this jacket. It isn't a sweater like the name says. I wear this in the coldest weather here in Utah with nothing but a t-shirt underneath and stay toasty. I use it a lot when I am snowshoeing on the descent and stay so warm. I have worn it when my truck registered 1 degree and never got cold. You can't go wrong here.

Marmot Sharp Point Softshell Jacket - Men's

This jacket has been my second skin all winter here in Utah. It does everything you need it to do. It's warm, water resistant in the wettest snow, and breathes great. Buy two!!

Great gloves

Seirus Xtreme All Weather Glove

Seirus Xtreme All Weather Glove

Rating for this product: 5 February 12, 2008

Warm. Waterproof. Breathable. What more do you need? My only gripe, the palms are a little slick, but I am hoping that with more use they will get better. I would definitely buy them again when I wear my current pair out.

Great top

Marmot Midweight Zip Neck Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Marmot Midweight Zip Neck Top - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 January 29, 2008

This top is the best I own or have owned. the fit is perfect. I thought it was going to be a little short, but I was wrong. It kept me extremely warm, but I never over heated. I got the back loaded with snow while snowboarding and it dried faster than any other top I have ever owned. I think I will buy more.
