Thule V2 Bike Mount

I recently ordered the above mentioned bike rack from this site, and the service and shipping was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the product had scratches all over the painted surface from being slid around inside the box. I assume this may be Thules fault, but it would be nice in the future if this site would maybe wrap that part in plastic. Thanks again and I will be back
