The best stakes I've ever used. Hold tight, light, and reflective cord on the top is great for not stubbing toes at night. Don't set up you home without them.

Great fit for the Hyperlight AST Tent

Sierra Designs Hyperlight AST Footprint

Sierra Designs Hyperlight AST Footprint

Rating for this product: 5 October 11, 2006

The footprint fits my Hyperlight AST pretty well. The footprint stake loops tend to be a little farther out than the tent stake loops, but the pole grommets line up nicely. The material is not much thicker than the tent floor, but definitely adds a layer of protection. It worked great on a 2 day hike, as it packs down light and can fit in the AST's included tent bag. It also includes a mesh stuff sack and hook-and-loop strip for securing the poles if you want to use the rain fly/footprint option.
