This was exactly what I was looking for. I have acrylic beanies galore, but they aren't warm enough in very cold conditions. Got fleece ones, but head end up suffocating because there is no airflow. I decide to look on Backcountry for a good wool beanie. Saw this one on sale, read other reviews and decided to give it a go. Its perfect, just what I wanted. Its a snug fit, but not tight to be uncomfortable. Its very warm, yet the air flows so head doesn't sweat. I love it. Good for casual wear, and great for exercising outdoors in winter. In more extreme cold conditions could probably do with a shell

I was hunting for a good, but inexpensive fleece to use as a layer. Tried to wait for a good men's one on steepandcheap.com but of course when I want one never can find one, so came back to backcountry.com. I'm not a big guy 5'6" and 130lb so after looking around the men section came to the boys and found this. It was exactly what I was looking for Good midweight fleece, perfect for a mid layer under a snowboard jacket, or casual wear in spring or autumn. Looks good, construction is solid and for the price, I paid, $15.95 (it's $11.97 now) you can't go wrong ! So I bought another.

I got this and the printed Fleece jacket, both at $15.95 which was value for money, but at $11.97, honestly, you really can't go wrong. I'm not a big guy, was looking for a good fleece as a mid layer but nothing too expensive. So after hunting around backcountry.com, found these, at the price couldn't go wrong. Good solid mid weight fleece, just what I was looking for. Only small thing is that I got the color Stryker, which looks like a brick brown, but it is more a bright orange. Does't bother me too much since it is a mid layer, and the bright orange helps me be seen in the grey winter days, but would be nice to have gotten the color I was expecting.

Needed a small backpack to just carry a few items around once in a while. By chance found this 800cu one so decided to buy it. Ended up a great buy. Solid construction, tough material and functional design with plenty of organiser pockets, side pockets (for the size of the bag)to help you find your stuff with ease. The back is padded to add extra comfort while wearing it.

I have to admit I got this purely for the look. I love the camo print, angled zip and lace collar and sleeves, sets it apart from all the other snowboard jackets out there. I does look fantastic but I found the material to be slightly on the thin side. I realise it is an outer shell with no insulation but I have other shell jackets and the material feels flimsy in comparison. Still, for the look it is great. It does the job as a shell and with a good mid layer will kepp you warm and dry out there on the slopes... and you will look cool,

Actually got this for my girlfriend. She needed a lightweight glove to keep her hands warm in mild winter conditions without being too bulky. The colors of the women's one she didn't like so got her this one instead. She absolutely loves it and wear it all the time. Its good for winter workout or when you require to perform tasks in the cold that a bulky insulated glove might not suit. Your hands don't get too hot of sweaty since the material is very breathable. Could be used as a liner for a shell for added warmth.

I love Oakley and now my girlfriend does too. Wanted to get her something for mild winter conditions and this was perfect. It looks fantastic with a very feminine cut, keeps her warm and dry in wet cold conditions. It is slightly bulky but its perfect for when she needs a mid layer for added warmth. The vents allow for cooling and air to circulate when it gets too warm. She wore it all the time this winter and loves it, and me, and Oakley too.

If you love Oakley like I do then you can't go wrong with this jacket. Basically a track jacket look designed for casual wear. Looks great and does the job to keep you warm in mild conditions, but wouldn't really use it for sports. Like the other reviewer said it can get itchy and I wouldn't want to wear this when I am in a singlet or t-shirt with likelihood of sweating. For sports I'd stick with a good Nike or Addidas, but to go out on the town, this will beat the competition hands down.

My 2yo son has a distinct dislike for hats, beanies or any head covering and tends to pull them off and discard them. After trying different ones saw this one and decided to give it a go. He just loves it and wears it all the time, and in fact demands to have it on when he goes out in the cold. Really I don't know why but he likes it so I am happy. He looks very cute in it and gets compliments from many people, but doesn't have the "kiddy" look that most children's hats tend to have.

What can I say, I love Oakley, I love Oakley sunglasses and you can't go wrong with the style and look of the Square Wire 2.0. They look fantastic out on the town in the blazing sun. Lightweight yet solid construction and doesn't slip even when you get sweaty. Can be used for sports, but really I prefer to use these as casual wear. I find these get heavy during a heavy workout and the Oakley performance sunglasses (Half Jacket, etc) would be a better choice. Anyway, wouldn't want to damage these... they are my go to wear out on the town on a sunny day !

Like the other reviewers comments, If you have an expensive pair of sunglasses and you want to protect your investment, this is your case. It is as solid as you can get, inside is padded and lined with felt to protect your sunglasses. It feels like nothing short of an atomic bomb will damage your sunglasses once they are inside. I have the Oakley soft vaults too, which are the same price but they don't feel like they will protect as good as this, and what I like about this is that it is just a snap shut case, allowing easy access to my sunglasses without having to zip unzip like my other cases.

I absolutely loved these sunglasses. They were the first Oakleys I ever got and was hooked right away. They looked great, was lightweight yet solid construction. I wore them casual and for sports and they were fantastic. Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving them in my check in luggage when I went through Eastern Europe and they were stolen (I had other sunglasses in there too which they totally overlooked). To my dismay I found this model is no longer available... anywhere (I have tried to find them on the internet all around the world) I have Square Wire 2.0 now, which is great, but will always remember my Wiretap which I still miss when I see photos of me with them on.

This was also the first product I bought from Backcountry.com and they got me hooked on you guys too...

I bought this jacket purely on the looks and the brand name. It has turned out to be a great buy. The jacket is lightweight yet very warm. I love it, and so does my girlfriend, so much so she has taken to wearing it all the time until i get her the women's one. I would give it 5 stars except for the 2 points raised by the previous reviewers. Firstly, the twin zip systems is cumbersome, I have a lot of problems connecting it, to the point of frustration. I have other snowboard jackets with the same zipper system and I don't have half the trouble. Second, would be nice if this was waterproof... that is why 4 stars only.

I love Oakley and wanted a nice down jacket. This caught my attention. It repels the water and keeps in the heat. However something in the design makes it bulge out at the chest giving it a strange look. Also the lining in the sleeve is loose so when you put your hand through the cuff, the lining pokes out as well, so you have to tuck it back in. The hood is not detachable and can't be stowed. It is a bulky jacket. However it still looks good, keeps me warm which is what I got it for. I paid $136, and think it was worth the price, but have seen it on steepandcheap for $70... which is definitely worth it.

Own many pairs of Oakleys, wanted a brown pair, saw this on sale and had to have it. As always the lens is crystal clear. It is lightweight, stays on my face and looks great. I wear them casually and also when cycling.

Great T shirt for casual wear. Good fit, nice material great price from backcountry.

Had been eyeing this Oakley cap for a long time, ended up buying it and love it. A little heavy for sports but for casual wear it is great. The material and construction is solid and style just says Oakley all the way. I got the sheet metal one. I have a small head and had to tighten it with the back strap. That causes a fold in the cap that although it isn't uncomfortable, you feel it there though.
