Got this for a friend for a baby gift. I got feedback from the father saying that it was by far is favorite baby gift and that I win for coolest friend. Sweet! It's super cute and soft, any baby would love to have this on and any parent would love to have their kid looking cute in it!

These are great for ski thermals, boot cut. They do run a tad big, and after just a use, were stretched out enough that I have to wash them again. I've also used them for home workouts and they worked great (pretty sure I wouldn't wear them out to the gym for all to see). They are a great weight, which is my favorite part of these pants. Perfect for wearing under any ski pants to regulate body temp.

I got this top for working out (spin, run, hike, aerobics classes). I really love the way it looks and it's super soft and pretty. I got my size and it seems a little big (not tight enough). Though it fits as it should, it just doesn't hold things tightly. There is a built-in shelf bra but it needs more (and I'm pretty small chested). I'll probably end up wearing it mostly for summer activities that aren't quite high impact (hiking, vacations, site-seeing). The back is beautiful. If you are between sizes, definitely go with the smaller option.

Just got these and they are seriously the most comfortable flip flop I've ever worn. They are sized perfectly over the top, they keep you in but aren't too tight. The yoga mat part was a bit smelly out of the box but then wore off pretty quickly. The bottoms are a little slippery on hard floors but not too bad. I also love that they don't leak color on my foot like my reef squishy's. Though it's too be seen if they end up packing down after some wear, they seem pretty durable. Will be a sandal that I'll wear most of the summer!

Got these for my hubs for his birthday. He keeps trying boat shoes but can never seem to find just the right one and sense I LOVE my sanuks, I thought I would get him these. He has a wide foot so I thought these might work well for him, he said they are a little snug across the widest part of his foot but not so much that he won't wear them. He commented that he liked the lightness of them and that they would be good for when he wants a full shoe in warmer weather. He wears them without the laces and it's a testament to how much he likes them that he actually wears them!

I got these for shoulder seasons (fall and spring) and sticking love these. I'll end up wearing them all summer and around the house in the winter (or outside on not snowy days) I got the grey and it's the perfect color for matching pretty much anything. They are unbelievably comfortable right out of the box, in fact they may become my walking shoe for vacation. I have 3 pairs of sanuks that have never ever had a sore spot. They feel like they were made for you the second you get them. I love the moccasin feeling of the style. You HAVE to buy these, seriously, they rock. I'll be purchasing the cream color any day.

I love these pants. Compression pants are typically really uncomfortably tight, these are snug but not so much that it's constricting. I know they aren't actually compression tights but they function to keep everything from not jiggling for me. I use these for workouts and running and find them to be perfect for movement. The zipper in the back makes noises as I jump or bounce but not so annoying that it prevents me from wearing them. Great purchase!

Love these pants! Not only do they fit really well, they make me look pretty good! I like that they are snug, great for activities that have a lot of jumping or bouncing as well as activities like rock climbing, easy to put a harness over it.

I bought this for my brother in law who lives in Pittsburgh and works as a personal trainer. He says that he wears it almost every day and when we just visited with him in Maine, he wore it every day. He said that he loves everything about it. I look like a great gift giver right now...

I just thought, well, here is another duffel, but I've used it way more than I expected. I actually have a medium and a large and the medium is perfect for those weekend trips or a quick bag for an activity. The large is great for longer trips. It is really stout and takes a pretty good beating whenever I use it. It seems pretty waterproof too. I love that there are backpack straps too. Good purchase, I think almost anyone can use this bag.

I have to admit, I'm not a runner, but I have these shoes and I promise, I do a fair amount of hiking and other activities. These have been holding up pretty good for a running shoe. I got them about a month ago and have hiked a handful of times in them. The orthodic that is in the shoe has a raised heal area which is nice to help you feel supported but I find it slightly irritating after a little while. But you can always switch those out for your own if they bother you. The mesh is really nice for breathability as long as you aren't bushwacking. I found that some smaller weeds found their way into my shoe. But I used them for some burly rock scrambling and bushwacking and my feet were about the only thing to not overheat and was fairly comfortable the whole time. And they stuck to rock pretty well. I usually have rubbing the first few times that I wear a shoe but experienced no such thing. Pretty good shoe!

I love this little hoody. This is perfect for those cooler summer evenings when the long sleeve hoody is just too much. It's really cute to throw on over your bathing suit too. I love the fit and it's got some cute little hits like the striped inside of the hood. Good purchase, I wear it a lot.

I love this sandal, I wear it more often than I thought I would. It has a great arch support that I didn't really expect so they are way more comfy than just a flat sandal. Really cute detailing on the sole. Better than you think it's going to be.

I got these a couple of weeks ago and they are like little massages for your feet! They are egg-crate soles so it feels great every time you slip them on. They fit great and feel even better. I was visiting some friend, of course bragging about them, and they fell in love. Surprisingly, they got base-camp flip flops as a gift for letting me stay at their house!

This is a great tank for several reasons. The first and most important is the company. This company is built around sustainability and good vibes to everyone. The saying on this tank is "Awaken your soul". I love putting on this pure merino tank and feeling in a better mood. It is very unique and different. I love the racerback and the length is perfect to wear as a layer or with a skirt. It is beautiful! Support this company, they rock!

This is a great jacket but I agree with the fuzz problem. I wonder if washing it will help take care of that. Any suggestions there? Anyway, besides that, it fits great and is super soft and warm (but not too warm). I was in a restaurant and the waitress touched my jacket to say thanks for something and came back for a second touch cause it was so soft. I get a lot of compliments on the jacket as well. Nice alternative for the Denali. I even bought my mom one for Mother's day!

Ok, so I own three but who's counting. I love this shirt for just about anything. I like it better than the hoody cause the neck fits really well. This is a great layering piece or stands well alone as a nice zip neck. I wear this all winter, both on the hill and to work. I also wear it as a nice pullover for those cooler summer nights. The fabric is amazing and you will not find much better than this. It's like butta....

Seriously, where can you find a reversible tank top? It fits amazing and gives you some versatility in your style. One side is a bunch of dots and the other is this retro Spyder logo on one side. The best part is that it's both a racerback and a traditional tank top. I love this tank cause it's so unique and different and I love Spyder. You'll have a hard time looking like anyone else with this. Also, it's cool to have a product from the very first spring Spyder line ever! Great stuff! Love the old school Moto look!

First order of business, order one size up from your normal size. I'm usually between a 4 and a 6 and I got the small and could stand the medium. It works but it's a little snug when I first put it on. But this is so unique that I love to wear these. They are a Bermuda short/convertible capri. They hit right below the knee and have a cut cinch. I love to hike, ride my bike and hang out at home with these. I suspect that I'll be wearing these a lot this summer.

This is a great top. It fits very much like sportswear, a little short in the body. But this is a great style, I get a compliment every time a wear it. There is an iPod pocket in the hem and is made of slub material (kind of horizontal streaking). It's a great over a t-shirt kind of shirt. I'm sure this will be my summer time layering piece. Super cute!

The only reason that I gave this a 4 star is cause it's a bit shorter than I had expected. I absolutely love this dress and get a compliment on it every single time I wear it. I feel very tall in it. But when I put it on, it was a bit shorter than I expected and probably wouldn't wear it without either jeans or leggings on. I am kind of long-legged so it just may be my body type or my modesty. But when I wear it with jeans and heels, it's amazing. I could wear it to the beach, as a cover up or to work with jeans. I love the belt tie too. This is one of my favorite summer dresses!

This tank is made of "Mambo" whatever that means, but it should mean super duper soft. It is stretchy and soft and super comfy. I love the straps, they kind of come in as a racerback in the back, and they are adjustable. This is a great layering deal or stands alone. I'm actually wearing it right now! Worth every penny!

This is a great every day hoody. It's not as thick as a sweatshirt and it's really comfy. This goes over everything, long sleeves, tanks, whatever. There is a nice pocket detail and a tie on the side that make it stand apart from the rest of the hoodies. This is a must have for every single woman.

I totally agree with the other review. Looks great on almost anyone and is unbelievably comfortable. You could use this skirt for just about anything, work, play, a nice dinner, a day at the beach. Seriously going to wear this all the time. I also have the french roast and it looks super cute with the bardot tank. Might by myself more in every color...

Just when I thought that all men's shirts were created equal (and my husband did too), I bought him this shirt for his birthday. I truly don't know the last time that I saw him so excited about any piece of clothing. He looks great it in and got a compliment on it the first day he wore it. The pearl buttons and fabric detailing are great and he looks good in it. This is clearly quality made and he actually gets excited about wearing it. I just might buy another color. I got him the celery and with his blond hair, it's great. Buy this now, seriously!

I'm pretty small and didn't think that I needed anything other than a normal sports bra to get me through activities. I never experience bouncing or shoulder pain with any type of sports bra. I just experience two big things, a flat chest and a sweaty sports bra. As a woman, I still want to feel like I have some womanly shape (like boobs) when I'm working out. Also with normal cotton sports bra (the only kinds I ever had bought) I would sweat and they would get cold and yucky. I got this bra as a gift and will NEVER put those gross cotton ones back on! I couldn't believe that a) I filled out the cups just perfectly, b) it's super comfortable, c) supports where I didn't know I needed it, d) didn't get wet from sweat, wicked perfectly in the right spots, and e) still made me look like a woman. I could put on a shirt and still look like I wasn't an adolescent boy! I will drop the money to not only look good, but feel good! The internal structures you can feel supporting uniquely and effectively. Buy this bra, you won't regret it!!!

This top has so many uses, I hardly take it off. The insulating part of this top isn't as intimidating as it seems. You don't overheat with it, it just keeps your core warm. I have worn this as a climbing top and as a base "sports bra" when out in the cold. I like how it compresses but you don't feel like you are being suffocated. I wore this over the weekend where it was snowing with a baselayer shirt over it and I stayed toasty. It's amazing how it actually kept my hands warm (a warm core means a warm extremity). The bra part is nice as well, fitting into the usual stellar construction as all CW-X bras do. The front neckline does sit a bit high but I like that for the support and coverage. The other thing I liked is how the shoulder straps sat a little more medial than normal bras and tops, resulting in better shoulder and arm movement. Your shoulder sockets and blade don't rub at all on the straps. I will wear this top all winter long skiing, snowshoeing, and working out. I might buy the other color now...

The whole X-Bionic system is unlike anything you've tried before. Don't be scared by the price here, this product is unparalleled for baselayers. There is a complex air-conditioning, channel system in this stuff that assists in keeping warm and dry but not overheating. You won't need to keep any of your other baselayers around. This is a bit compression but in no way is it uncomfortable. For me, I teach skiing all day and often spend my evenings volunteering with Search and Rescue. I don't usually have time to go home and change or put a warmer layer on as the sun sets and this stuff will keep me warm no matter what. The other best part is that I don't have to wash it a ton because it is anti-microbial and doesn't stink. To find this kind of structural support, warmth, comfort, and quality you would need to search far and wide. The price is on the high end but worth every one of your pennies and more. If there is such a feeling as second skin, this is it. I will be wearing this for all of my winter activities, skiing, snowshoeing, shoveling snow, and snowmobiling. You have no need to search further for a winter baselayer that practically does magic...

Well, my mom got these for a backpacking trip and although she wore them quite a bit before we went, she didn't experience a critical flaw. She really liked the pants, and loved the convertible factor. She really liked them as shorts and found that they fit great for hiking. She wore them on a day hike of 16 miles and found that they worked great other than the back pocket opening when she bent over. But when she put a pack on for three days, the belt loops in the back rubbed on her back really bad. She had a huge bruise and was in a quite a bit of pain every time she put her pack on and it sat on the belt loop seam. Beware of belt loops in general on backpacking pants. For hikes she will still use these but not for any extending backpacking trip with weight. She is also pretty short and found that the length was great for her, she got regular and stayed true to size.

I got this pant for my dad and was surprised on how great they are. They look really nice on, but the best part is that the material is great! My dad loved them, said that they were really comfortable. They have some buttons to roll the legs up so they are great for climbing in the fall. But they are also appropriate for work or hiking or basically anything. Great pants.

Yes, we are talking a little bit of cash with this jacket, but you won't regret it at all. Of all down jackets, this one is worth every penny. There is not one that parallels it's quality and warmth. You will feel like you are wrapped in a down comforter all day with this one. If you spend any time outside in the winter where it gets fairly cold, this is the jacket for you. I have a friend who has the jacket in white and it is sharp. It is very well made and looks great. I'm waiting for my next paycheck, but this one will be in my closet this winter for sure!

I got this in the white color and love it. For a hoody, this is super unique and cute. I love that the sleeves are long and the fit is great. I get a compliment on it every time I wear it. The details are really cool with embroidery and cut outs. I believe it is also made of organic cotton which I am beginning to not be able to live without. In comparison with most of the other hoodies, this is a great pick due to it's uniqueness.

Ok, so I put these socks on before my 14 mile one-way 6000 vertical feet hike down the Grand Canyon and wondered "what can be so special?". Well, I'm here to tell you that this is the best hiking sock ever!! When I got to the bottom of the canyon, my body hurt inexplainably bad, but my feet didn't hurt at all! Not the arch, not my heel, nothing! And not one hot spot or blister the whole trip down and up. I washed them out in the river when I got to the bottom and they dried super fast and looked like I just bought them. The best part is that they never ever smelled in three whole days (my clothes are a different story). The worst part is that I carried two other pairs all the way down then back up and never even unfolded them. Too bad for the extra weight in my pack. I was the ONLY person in my group to not get one blister or foot pain of any kind. Seriously, these socks are truly magical. No liner needed with these puppies and don't bother bringing any other pairs of socks for your trip, waste of space and weight!

This thing is the best stove system and is worth every penny you spend. Not only is this a nice compact system (the gas canister and stand fit in the cup) it is quite small to fit easily in your pack, it is super super easy to use. I had this thing up in less than a minute and within five of pulling into camp, I had hot water for my Ramen. I also got the coffee filter/french press attachment and was greatly impressed with the outcome. The cup holds 2 cups of water, so pick up recipes that don't require more than that. But you can eat right out of it and it stays warm. I was blown away on how fast it boiled water! For anyone looking for a solo cooking system, look no further, this thing rocks!

There is nothing better than coffee in the wilderness but actually good coffee is purely from heaven. This thing is lighter than a lighter and works great. We would boil the water in the PCS then pour coffee grounds in (we used percolated sized coffee grounds) and push this thing down. Make sure to go slow because the grounds can jump up around the filter. But with the lid on, pour away! I took one sip on the first morning and was surprised at the outcome of actually delicious coffee. The stem unscrews into two pieces so it easily fits in your PCS. Seriously, a 10 essential piece for your backpacking trip! I'm replacing my percolator for sure! And forget that instant crap...

Never again will I bother with that whole experience of filling the cup with gas... Jetboil saves us all from that torture! Not only does this thing fit in one compact package (the stove, stand, pot holder and gas fit inside), it was surprisingly light and versatile. Easy to clean and put away too. I used this in combination with the PCS for five people for 4 days and it worked great. We made water in the PCS for coffee, hot choco, Ramen, ect, and made past dinners and rice in the GCS. We even stopped at lunch one day, whipped this thing out and had hot pasta in less than 10 minutes. What a nice lunch, much better than powerbars. It made noodles faster than I can make at home for sure. I love this thing, seriously, you have to get one!

I got this for hiking and was pleasantly happy with it. The material is perfect for activity, great feel to it and really wicked well. It actually didn't smell either, it was me that smelled! The bra is really comfy and the straps are flat so they didn't rub at all. I was definitely one of the best looking people on the trail too. I plan on using this tank for a base layer for winter activity too. There are multiple uses for this tank as it is functional and cute. Great tank, I really like Lole!

This is a nice light jacket for wind and rain, but the best part is that it doesn't overheat you on those muggy, hot days. I used this in the Grand Canyon for a few day hiking trip. It was nice and light for traveling, I believe about 8 ounces, but totally did the job for wind, rain and warmth on the cool night. It is actually cute too. The color blocking is nice and slimming (which us ladies like). My only complaint is that the wrist elastic is a bit snug. I felt a little constrained on the wrists but it wasn't a big deal or any remote reason to return it. I really liked this jacket and totally recommend it over the Marmot Precip.

I got this jacket last winter and absolutely love it. I practically wore it every day, and every day I got a compliment on it. One guy loved it so much he asked where I got it from so he could buy one for his wife. It is surprisingly warm yet not overwhelmingly hot. The shape of it is great, makes every woman look thin. I love this jacket the most because it goes with everything, you can ski in it, snowshoe, or go out to dinner. The inside of the collar is really soft so it doesn't rub on your chin. I've seen it in the other colors and they are all beautiful. This is a great alternative to the normal super puffy jackets.

I got this tank for wearing to work and around the house but was surprised to discover that it is a great hiking and activity tank. The material is truly a second skin, super soft and breathable. The little hit of design on the back is a great detail. The bra is very supportive, though I suppose if you were very large on top, you may not feel that way. The straps are a great width as they don't cut into your shoulders. I also really liked the bottom hem because it isn't snug and hangs well over the top of your belt line. I plan on using this tank on my next backpacking trip because there is no rubbing anywhere and sits really well on my back. Who knew hip could be comfortable?

A friend of mine came into work this morning exclaiming how much she loved these pants. Not only does she look cute in them, she spilled coffee on them on the way to work and it came right off. She said that it just beaded up and rolled off. They are super light and very comfy. She got the pinkish color and it's really nice and rich (not your typical pink) that went really well with her brown top. The slit on the side is really cute too. I also really like the external contrast stitching on all the seams.

I got this bladder before my trip to Moab over Labor Day (where it hovered at 100 degrees). I replaced my very old Camelbak bladder with this one and was disappointed that I didn't replace it years ago! I really really liked the mouth piece on this. I am so used to biting really hard and sucking to get water. This one is a very gentle squeeze and it easily flows in your mouth. It has a clearly well made tube and construction and the best part is the zip closer on the bladder. I was scared that I wouldn't be able to close it all the way with the zip but it was super easy to open and close yet stayed closed very well. It was so easy to throw ice in and clean out at the end of the day. I also really liked the "cone" shape of the bladder, it fits in my pack much easier. When I first got it, I wasn't sure about it as the material is sort of stiff, but after a few minutes of filling it up, you realize this thing is going to last a while. Love this thing!

My niece is only 3 but she has recently started camping with her parents. I thought this would be a great way to get her stoked on camping. For her third birthday, she got a new sleeping bag. I am told that she won't allow my brother-in-law to put it in the stuff sack because she drags it everywhere. She pretends that she is camping in the living room and takes all of her naps in it. She didn't really give me much feedback about the down quality or other specifics but she really likes it. My brother-in-law plans on using it for backpacking later so I'll have to get back to you on the adult feedback.

This tent is great for just about anybody. There is very little fighting for space with this tent as it has dual vestibules and two huge doors for each person to exit. The fly can be used without the tent for a nice hot day cover or for a warm night. The tent is almost entirely mesh so you don't feel as claustrophobic with solid walls. The material is super nice and the color is not offensive. The stakes for this tent are great because they are sort of flat, easy to put in but sturdy. This tent doesn't take much to set up yet it is very well made. Also, the shape of the tent is unusual as it is almost square at the top rather than cone like. You can really sit up and not hit your head on the top of the tent, you really feel like you have a ton of headroom.

What can you really say about a footprint for a specific tent? Of course, this footprint fits the Hubba Hubba perfectly. But the most important thing is that you really don't feel like you are dragging a big old tarp around with you. It's easy to use, clips right into the tent and is very light. What else can I say, this is a must if you get the Hubba Hubba!

Just like Doritos, you can't have just one. I got these the other day and can't even tell you how great they really are. I will never take them off! First of all, they are comfortable beyond comparison. Secondly, they are really good looking. And third, they are warm yet not too hot. I put them on to show my husband and his only response was "you'll be wearing those all winter, won't you?". Yep! In fact, I'll most likely be buying a few more for myself so I don't have to wait for the laundry fairy to wash them, and everyone I know will get them for Christmas. I will not only use them for staying warm in the winter but they would work will for those really cold days on the mountain, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, apres ski, and shoveling the driveway. Not only that, I'll most likely use them for every single camping/hiking/backpacking trip I go on from now on. They would also be great yoga pants and climbing. Well, basically I'm going to live in them!

I actually used this sock for cycling the other day and really liked it. It kept my foot dry and cool. I have also used it for hiking as well. The one thing that makes me love this sock is that it has great arch support. The little flower on the side is a really cute and nice touch.

I typically have a problem with finding shoes that support my arches enough. I usually put inserts in the shoes that I wear often. These shoes however, are the pinnacle of comfort. I slipped my foot into this shoe and felt like I had formed it to my own foot. The best part is that it continued to form to my foot each time I wear them. They are actually really cute with a nice pair of trousers and I don't look as much like a nurse as I thought I would. I'm pretty sure that people with flat feet would find these shoes quite painful but if you have an arch, especially a high one, this is a great shoe. The other thing that I really like about these is the comfortable heel support. You'd have a hard time complaining about foot pain after a day on these.

My mom got this hat for a sunny hot day on the river and hiking. She absolutely love it. She was nervous about the size but realized that there is a great adjustment system in the back. She really liked being able to tighten it in the wind or water but loosen it up to get some more air flow. The got the yellowish color and it looks great and stays cool. The fabric is very light and soft, yet it doesn't wrinkle or bend if you have to shove it in a bag. She won't take it off! It has a great shape to it and looks nice on almost anybody!

Who doesn't love the Chaco? Actually, it took me a little while to get used to these sandals but now I love them. they conform to your foot so well that I wasn't used to it. Anyway, I wore it on a river trip last weekend and was so impressed with the performance. In fact, I didn't even notice that I had them on. Which is a good thing when you are on a river trip. I never worried about them falling off or dragging me under when I was swimming. In fact, I only noticed them when I got sand under my arch when I was walking on the beach. They fit really true to size and are good for just about anything, especially the water.

I got the original tikka when they first came out and am super impressed with the updates. This one is easier to change the batteries and the buttons are easier to push. One button is a simple on/off and the other controls flashing and brightness. But the best new feature is the diffuser shade that flips over the light to make the light easier to tolerate when walking and reading. The sharper light is great for climbing or very specific tasks, but the diffuser is nice for reading a book or looking at a general, bigger area. I feel like this on is lighter and much more comfortable as well. It adjusts easily and works without fail. Great lamp!

I must not have quite the right body for this pant, but other's will. These capris sit a bit higher on the waist so for those that are looking for that, this is the pant for you. The fabric is super soft and you could practically wear these to bed. They fit a little like a gaucho, straight through the whole leg and have a cute flare on the side with buttons. I recommend this pant to the lady that is looking for a modest, full coverage capri.

My cousin was asking me about good travel clothing for the Panama area. I recommended Contourwear as they have great travel clothing. She bought this skirt along with several other Contourwear items and raved about the products when she returned. She met me for coffee in her short version of the convert skirt and she looked great. The zipper was covered by fabric so I had no idea is was the convert skirt. She mentioned using the long version on cold plane rides and bus rides through the countryside. She raved about this skirt more than her other clothes because it was about the only thing that she wore the whole trip. She also mentioned that she loved the hidden pocket, perfect for a key or a credit card.

I bought this jacket for my niece that lives on the east coast, where it can get pretty darn cold in the winter. She wore it all winter! She loves the jacket so much, she asks her parents if she can wear it around the house. This jacket also was used all spring and fall. They love that it can be reversed for a different look, though she likes the pink side out most of the time. This is super warm and unbelievably cute!

I love Arc'teryx packs, always have. When it was time to replace my old one, I went straight to the Arc'teryx options. When I bought my first one ages ago, there were no women's options, and there were black or black. Now, with women's specific packs and cute colors, I want to use it all the time. Men, take note, get your girl a cute pack and she'll want to go out more! Anyway, this pack is spectacular! The fabric was super waterproof and durable. It was actually light too. My old one was 1/3 of my weight and this guy was like a feather! The zippers are all sealed and nice. I got the lime color and it is too cute!

I got my first pair as I prepared for my NOLS trip back in 1997. Of course everyone else showed up with their own pair. But for a month in the Winds and many more trips after that, these shorts did the job. Maybe not the best-looking short in the world, but for any type of hiking trip of any length, this is a great short. It's kind of fun to see what colors people will have. They don't smell, and I like the layering possibilities. I believe my first ones were pink ...

This is a super cute running short or for me, just a great do everything short. With the nice split on the side and cool color blocking, this short is stellar. I don't feel like a slob when I run my errands or weeding my garden but I can still do activities. I use these for hiking most often.

This Mountain Hardwear skirt is actually great for almost everything. It can be used for hiking, working, shopping, travel and hanging out. It's super cute and a great alternative to the cargo short on those hot summer days. You could also use it while doing any outdoor activity because it has UPF in it. It's a great beach cover-up for me, really cute!

I got this halter top for my friend as she prepared for a backpacking trip and she looked fabulous. She wasn't very big on top but she looked great in it. She mentioned how nice it was to not have bra straps rubbing on the backpack and it made for a comfortable trip. The orangsicle color was really cute too. I think I might get one for my Grand Canyon trip...

This pant is super for traveling. It doesn't wrinkle at all and has a really cute and comfy shape. You can sit on a plane for 10 hours, get up and not feel like you've got these weird butt marks, and there are no wrinkles - just head to the restaurant! They have a cute tie waist band which I love and goes with almost everything. If you are even thinking of travelling, you have to get this Lole pant, it's a must for your next trip.

Not only is this a really well-made top, it has some really cute details. There is a built-in mesh bra that comes up quite high. When you unzip the front of the top, the mesh shows through. It doesn't look weird at all, it looks super cute. In the back there is a pocket that closes with this ying-yang type overlap which is a nice touch. What I love most about this top is that for use bigger shouldered women, it looks awesome! It cuts in a little on the top of the shoulder and makes you look good! You can't go wrong with this top.

I got these last Friday before I went to the lake for the weekend. I was a little disappointed when I got them because they were a tad big, but after wearing them for about a 1/2 hour, I really enjoyed that they were a little baggy. I think they are supposed to be worn a little big. The fabric is really soft and they are really cute! I love the gold hits on my white pair. It has a built in belt so that helps keep them right on top of the hip. They looked really cute (if I do say so myself) and they were so comfy. I wore them all day, even when I got home. They are great for sitting on the beach or wakeboarding. Love this boardies!

I got these chopsticks as a gift for a friend as a thank you. She had worked very hard on a volunteer project and knew this was the gift she would love. After presenting these to her, her mouth didn't close for a good 1/2 hour then her husband told me later that she actually wore them around her neck to bed. They are so extremely well made and frankly beautiful pieces of equipment. She has told me that she uses them on a daily basis. These chopsticks are not just for the backcountry, they are for any chopstick user far and wide.

This is a must need in your backpacking/camping kit. It makes a fairly bland meal the way you always wanted it, but it's also light and functional. I added this to our camp kitchen kit and it gets used regularly. Great little investment for your camp kitchen.

These sandals conform to your foot as if it was your own foot. When you walk, there isn't that slamming down of the heel, the whole foot just rolls naturally. And when I wear them, I get a ton of compliments. These are great sandals, like all Chacos, and are super cute. Might just be my new favorite sandal!

I covet this pack! I use it for everything! Hiking, carrying work stuff, stuff biking clothes in it, beach use, everything. Usually I appreciate compartments, but for this bag, I really enjoy having a ton of room for stuffing my clothes in. It's super comfy and unbelievably light. I love that you can pack it in another bag and it isn't bulky or heavy. Love it!

I love this tank top. The built in bra is about the most comfortable that I've ever had on and the silhouette is really cute. It makes you look super skinny and you feel like you can climb anything! The slit in the back is a nice touch too. This is a great top to wear for almost anything! I use it for climbing, spin class, and with a skirt for a day running errands.

I just got this pant and love it. First of all, the fabric is super soft and hangs really well. The shape of the pant is great for almost any body type. I plan on wearing this in the fall with flips and in the winter with my danskos. This is a great pant for almost any occasion and wear it walking. It is also a great travel pant that will definitely be packed on my next trip! Be wary of the size they run big, round down if you aren't sure.

This is a great piece for any girl that does anything active at all. It looks strange in the picture but it's super cute. You can throw it on over your workout top on a cool fall morning and still look awesome. It's also a great long sleeve cover for your cooler climbing trips. It wraps with good coverage and is absolutely darling.

Though very light, this jacket is a great investment for day hikes or summer backpacking trips. For the price and weight, this jacket does quite a bit by not only helping block the wind, which keeps you warmer, but will help repel against some rain. It's a nice layering piece as well. I personally think it is quite sharp looking as well. It is also self stowing and goes quite small so I will throw it in my cycling jersey on those questionable days as well.

Not only did I buy this for myself and absolutely love it, I've seen it on a couple of other people and they look fantastic as well. I bought this jacket as both a layering piece on those super cold days and for an outerwear piece on a warmer day. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how warm this jacket is. I wore it to Snowbird one day and my mom said, "you are going to be so cold", and I never got cold! And it makes me look super skinny and hot! I'm so glad I dropped the dough on this jacket cause I love it to death! My mom got very jealous as she was bundled and cold and I looked so good and stayed super warm. You will not regret this buy!

I use this pole for every winter activity, snowshoeing, alpine and tele skiing, touring, and hiking. I am part of search and rescue so I use this pole all the time to get me through trees and tough conditions. When I'm up at the lifts, I can make it a bit longer for my big carve turns, but can shorten it when I get on my tele's. I also like being able to adjust when I'm hiking to contour to the slope. Great pole, I'll never get anything else!

I saw this on someone the other day and am going to buy it because of that. She looked so cute! In the picture it's hard to tell what it is going to look like, but it's really cute on the body. It looks super hippy here, but it is not overdone. She wore it with a cute white top and flip flops. Very cute!

I got this jacket and can't wear it more this spring and winter! It is very cute and every time I wear it, I get at least one compliment. One guy hounded me to tell him where I bought it because he "had to buy one" for his wife. I stayed really warm in New York (where it was unseasonably cold in April) and stayed warm the whole time. It fits the body well and makes all girls look great! Great jacket!

So this fleece is made of stuff called Cashmoore, which is about the softest stuff on earth. They really ought to make sheets, towels, and robes of cashmoore. Not only is this jacket super cute, it's unbelievably soft and comfy. This will be your fall snuggle jacket that you will look steller in.

My mom is about the most difficult person in the world to shop for and when her birthday came up, this is the first thing that popped in my head. I have the 1/4 zip version of this sweater and my mom loves full-zip sweaters all year round. She looks great in this piece and said it was her favorite birthday gift. She wears it when she is at her mountain home during the summer, where it gets chilly at night, and plans to wear it all winter. It fits her really well and the cute zip in the front is a unique touch. I can't remember what color I got but she loved it. I am quite jealous of this sweater, might be buying one for myself!

I got this sweater for my sister-in-law for a gift. I bought it mostly because I don't know her very well and had absolutely no clue what to buy. I have had my eye on this sweater for awhile and thought I'd try it out on her. She called and said that it was by far her favorite gift of all that she got! She said she won't buy anything other than organic fabrics from now on. She said that it opened up a whole new category for her that she didn't know of. As a sweater, she said it has no itch at all, fits fantastically and the style is super cute. This brand is super cool because it is all organic and natural fibers. I have purchased several other items, one being hemp and organic cotton and the other being soy and I don't think that I've ever had such comfortable clothing. Luckily she lives across the country so when I wear mine this fall we won't look like twinners.

I got these sandals for my husband because he both loves beer and has horrible arches and these looked more comfy than the rest. He wears them all the time and says that they are surprisingly supportive. He does use the beer opener occasionally but likes to wear them in general because of the good arch support and comfort. I should buy the ladies version...

I wear these socks all winter long. I can't tell you how great they are! Not only is it kinda cute, it's super comfortable and most importantly, stays dry and warm. I didn't think it was possible, but after a long day (or two) it is still dry and warm. They don't get all stretched out after a day of use either. I am scared to smell them after a couple of days though... I will be purchasing several more of this sock before the ski season starts...

I just got this yesterday and am wearing it today. I have had so many compliments on it, I can't even count. The best thing about this dress is that it is made of organic cotton and soy so it's unbelievably soft and comfy. I put it on this morning and felt like I should just hang out at home all day cause it's so comfy. I am wearing it with flip flops but you could totally do some strappy sandals to dress it up. This dress is about knee length, it's hard to tell that in the picture. The other great thing about this dress is that it will fit almost any body type around. I'm a bit smaller on top but fill it out just fine. It has a criss cross front that wraps down to almost your waist (where the seam is). You could wear this to the beach or to a wedding or to work or to garden in. Love this dress! Oh, and I got it in the berry color which is a great color!

These are fantastic skis! I bought them this year for all backcountry use. Threw on some light bindings and these things fly! And they are super light. Great construction, flex when I need them to and stay rigid when I need them to. I have used these in all kinds of conditions, especially crappy ones cause that's all we had this year and they killed it. I felt a lot less struggle in the crud and heavy, wet snow but was able to put them up on edge and rock some railers. Love them!

This is a fantastic binding. Super duper light. I spend quite a bit of time touring the backcountry with a pack and if I don't have to pick up any extra weight with my legs, than perfect. I put these on my Black Diamond Crossbows and absolutely love them. I highly recommend these bindings. They stayed stiff enough laterally for me to get on my edge and rock a railer. I don't feel any flop at all. Do it!

I agree with the other comments about sizing. Fortunately, it worked out for me. I wear this for long days of walking and climbing and love that it continues to be comfortable all day long. The best part of this harness is the gear loops. They are stiff and slant towards the front so your gear doesn't get lost behind you. Easier to stay organized. It's also pretty low profile, so I can wear a pack over it or other clothes and not feel too bulked up.

I have owned this helmet for eon's and it still works. The fit is a tad bit off but I'm sure it's because I received this as a gift and it was a size too big. The side wheel adjustments are nice to fit it over a beanie or baseball hat but also open air. I have a hard time adjusting it laterally but it still works. I am part of the local search and rescue team and I think this is the only one we use because it's the best made out there.

So I have one pair of these and I won't wear anything else at all. I absolutely love these socks. I wear them every single day and they don't even smell! I wash them once a week between ski days and they work like a charm. They are super warm, never get wet, or at least they wick very well, and they are nice and thin without any bulking. Maybe I should buy stock in Smartwool for how many more I will be buying for this coming up season...

I am on our local search and rescue team so I have an arsenal of headlamps but honestly, this is the only one I "use". I can easily put it on my climbing helmet and it doesn't flop around. I can put it on my ski helmet and I can see everything around me in the snow. I can put it on my dirt bike helmet and it easily goes over the visor. This is super light but bright enough for any use at all. It has a blinking function for emergencies too. Best one out there!

I have the zip version of this shirt and absolutely love it. I wore it all winter for outdoor activities and through it in my pack all summer for the cold front. It is soft and comfy on the inside and smooth on the outside. I will be purchasing the hoody any day now cause frankly, can you have too many of them?

You NEED to buy this stuff. I absolutely HATE putting sunscreen on. Like enough that I would almost rather burn. But with some white skin that would scare away a vampire, I have to put sunscreen on. I was given a bottle of this and will NEVER buy anything else. The spray on is the way to go with this too. I don't hesitate to sunscreen up with this stuff. It's not greasy or smelly and it totally works awesome. Get this stuff!

These pants are both light and warm. In the winter I wear them under my jeans when I know I'll be outside for a bit and they keep me toasty! I've also worn them under my ski pants and they regulate my temperature perfectly. As a naturally cold person, they keep me surprisingly warm for how light they are. But at the same time, they don't overheat when it's a tad bit warmer. They are pretty thin and I actually tore a hole in them when I was pulling them on one morning - so be careful. Otherwise they are a wise investment.

These are nice comfy multi-use cords. I have worn them to work as a nice pant and I've worn them while doing yard work. They are super comfy and a nice looking pant but they are also stout and resistant to damage. I like using them for outdoor activities like yard work, short hikes, bouldering, playing with my dog. Beware that the longs are not as long as a typical long would be. And they tend to run sort of big so go very true to your size, don't round up.

I love these glasses! I usually have a hard time finding glasses that fit my face well as I have a narrow head and these look great. I love how big the lenses are as well, not too big but cover the peripheral pretty well. And they are super comfy, I don't even notice they are on very much. And they are very light for the quality. Love them!

This sock is really weird. I really had a problem with the between the toes thing. If you don't mind that, then this sock is super warm and functional. I just couldn't get over it! But I see how people who run, hike, and don't mind the individual toe thing could really benefit from less friction and better control.

This system is great! I use this for having all of my activities ready to go at all times. I have a bag for climbing, one for hiking, one for skiing, and one with food and first aid stuff. I just grab whatever cubes I need for that activity and I'm out of there. It keeps everything neat and organized for quick packing. You can buy extra cubes for more storage and just switch them out whenever you need them. There is also a biking one specifically for a helmet and shoes and one that is a cooler for your cold drinks and snacks. I am thinking of buying another one!

These gloves are not only comfortable, they are super warm! I have typically very cold hands and I wear these gloves under my big mittens in the winter for skiing. They do the trick! I've also worn them in the spring time on the hot days as the only glove. Every person should own these gloves and keep them in their pockets for the cold days. They are light and small and fit in any pocket without being bulgy. They fit very true to size as well.

This is a great summer use jacket. It's not quite sustainable enough to wear as real warmth, but I've found that it's great to throw on at the end of a day as it gets cooler. I actually have just kept it in my car in case I go do something after work and need a quick layer. The other great application is on a camping trip. I looked way cuter than the others in their hoodies and it kept me surprisingly warm. It is a little short in the torso and has a tendency to sit on top of your jeans and bunch when you sit down or bend over. The sleeves are nice and long though for those of us with ape like arms. Who doesn't look cute in a track jacket?

Exactly that, butta! The fabric is super soft and actually very warm. I like how high the neck is and it's great for putting up the hood. It's great on it's own or with a baselayer under it. I may buy it in several different colors to wear it all the time! I also might buy it with the zip or crew too!

These pants are worth every penny you spend on them. They are made of merino wool and spandex and feel like butta! I use them for hanging around the house after a day of skiing and dress them up for a day at work. I've even worked out in them and don't overheat. They are super comfy and you'll love every minute in them. The best part is that for a wool pant you can put them in the dryer! My husband accidentally threw them in there when I first got them and I almost threw a fit until they came out fitting and looking exactly the same! Buy them, you won't regret it!

Ok, so sometimes I feel like I am using a sippy cup when I drink out of this and will fit in just great with the 3 year olds. But really, how nice to just take a drink without having to do any of the head bobbing and arm lifting? The best is when I can roll over in the middle of the night and take a drink without having to sit up! If you are someone with about a billion Nalgene bottles, give this one a whirl, it's kinda fun!

The fabric is too soft to explain and I wish you could reach through your computer to touch it. This shirt can be worn in so many different ways, I change it all day long. I brought this shirt to New York on a trip several weeks ago. It was ridiculously cold and this shirt was so warm! I wore it all day as a hoody to keep me warm then when we got to dinner, I threw it off my shoulders and I looked all dressed up. Every time I wear it, I get a compliment. I wore it again the other day when it was a bit warmer and I never got hot. What a versatile and comfortable shirt! Every girl needs one of these, and we would all look unique.

Well, love what this liner is made out of because it kept me warm when it was -14 degrees this winter but it also kept me cool when it got blazing hot. The only issue I have with this liner is that it is a bit big so it would slide down my little noggin sometimes. If you have a normal sized head, you are good to go with this liner. I also concur with one of the other reviewers in that the terry cloth edge is nice on the head.

So when I got this in the mail, it was a whole lot more stout than it seems it would be. Wind will never get through this thing. I actually gave this hat to a couple of people for Christmas and they all used it in a different way. My dad, the marathon runner, loved it for its thick structure along with the slits in the side for sunglass temples or ear buds. My friend, the ski bum, loved it under his helmet (yes, it fit). My brother, the film maker, loved it in the outdoor conditions in Seattle. Beware though, it is for people with slightly bigger heads, I looked like a 5th grader in my dad's hat.

Unlike the previous review, I love this jacket. I have to agree that the sleeves are a bit shorter than I'd like but they still work. The material is like butter with merino wool and hemp. It is also much more substantial than I expected for a casual jacket. It is super cute on and I have a feeling that I will be wearing it every day this spring. The hood is removable which is a great feature. I love the height of the collar as well. This jacket has some great details with zippers at the cuff of the sleeve and the snaps at the collar. It may seem pricey up front, but it is totally worth it for the quality fabric and versatile functions. Note that the Pine Cone color is more brown that indicated in the picture. Buy it, you won't regret it!

I LOVE this pant! It fits well over everything you try to put under it and always looks good. The full zips are nice for hiking up and staying cool and skiing down and staying warm. The gore is nice as well because it keeps what's in in and what's out out. I absolutely love the articulated knees as well.

This jacket rocks! It's the perfect weight for almost anything. When it's a bit warmer, it doesn't overheat you and when it's a bit colder, it keeps you warm. It goes with everything - ski pants or a skirt. I love the fit, it flatters the figure. The lining is soft on your chin if you zip it up all the way and fits like a gem. I recommend it for everyone.

Love this shirt. It wasn't quite the material that I was expecting, but then I put it on and loved it. I love how long the body of the shirt is, it doesn't ride up when you bend over. It was also super warm for it's weight. It is super flattering on those of us with wide shoulders. I highly recommend this shirt for both casual wear and for activity.

I highly recommend this pant. It fits really well for women (no more buying men's pants hoping they fit). The shape is really nice. They are durable and good for multi-use. I am part of search and rescue and this pant is perfect. I can transition from my dirt bike to hiking to climbing without a thought. When I throw some long underwear underneath them, they are the perfect cold weather pant. It is totally worth it if you plan on getting dirty and working to buy these pants. My only complaint is that the zipper is backwards but nothing you can't handle!

I liked this harness. It was comfy and fit well. I felt like the size was pretty true to my usual sizing. I wore it all day and even forgot I had it on at some points. Usually, I can't wait to get my harness off, but this one is the biggest bang for the buck. The only thing that bothered me what that it was a bit painful on the hips with a pack over it while hiking. Definitely a great sport harness.

This is the best all around selection for cams. You get all the "essential" sizes with this package. Plus there is nothing like the Black Diamond cam! I have had this set for years, but a friend of mine went climbing with us this past weekend and did his first trad lead. He used all of these and over-cammed most of them (still learning) and they still worked phenomenally. And I could still clean them! No doubt, a perfect purchase!

Love it, won't climb without it! When I teach people to place pro, I always start with the stopper. It's bomber and helps teach people bomber placements. I'll always pick up my stoppers before I pick up my cams!

Hexs are severely underused by the climbing community. Love the Hex! As bomber as a stopper or nut, fits in places that cams won't go well. Can't go wrong with a hex, especially with the wire.

Here is the email that I got from my dad. I gave him this shirt for his birthday. He is a marathon runner in Chicago. "I ran this morning with the new shirt you gave me. LOVE IT! The temp was 40 degrees and the shirt performed stunningly. Amazingly I didn’t need a vest or jacket or any other layers! My body stayed the perfect temp, while running and even after. (usually my dri fit type shirts get really cold and clammy when I stop.)
Oh, and did I mention that it’s extremely comfortable! So soft and form fitting."

I used these pants this weekend and was pleased with the versatility. It was a bit chilly when we started hiking but warmed up quickly. I was able to fold them up to be like shorts and stayed cool. Later, it got cool again and I dropped them right down. Even later, it started raining and they kept me fairly dry and warm. They are a bit short for the long-legged but I didn't mind that they weren't scrapping the ground for the hike. I also really enjoyed the mesh pockets.

I used this jacket for the first time this weekend and really enjoyed it. I stayed warm but not too warm and it fit fairly well. I have long arms and found that it was a tad short in the arm but fit well everywhere else. The water just rolled off, I hope it stays that way for a couple of years. I also stayed bone dry. The best part was that it dried up really quickly. Pretty good jacket!

I really like this sandal. Super comfy and cute. I wear them with shorts and skirts. The sole is a bit too soft, I quickly wore down the heel. I have a narrow foot but even my feet feel kinda fat. But I still like 'em!

This Papagayo tent is awesome. It is easy to set up, stays cool in the summer, stays warm in a storm. I use it for everything!

This piece of equipment is a luxury! It is great to put in any anchor, at any length. With a wide variety of length options, you can feel comfortable on almost any belay station. I wouldn't climb without this piece!

I love this shoe! I have never had a shoe that is as comfortable and functional as the Mountain Master. I can stick to anything, and I can wear them all day and night with no rubbing or tired feet. I call them my "foot couches". They do get a little warm after a couple hours in the heat and hiking, but well worth it for how great of a shoe it is. I'm always tempted to wear them instead of my climbing shoes, even for hard routes!

I agree with Greg, the Tikka is great for most situations but not all. I had a heck of a time using it skiing last winter. I wouldn't suggest it. It got a bit dodgy. But for night hikes and camp use, you can't beat it. It doesn't hurt your head to have it on for long amounts of time, doesn't weigh you down to have it on your helmet either. I also found that the on/off switch wasn't easy to use with gloves and it does get a bit testy. Still a great lamp though!

This gaiter rocks! The croc gaiter stays up on your leg better than any other gaiter that I have used and doesn't shift around at all. They are easy to put on and stay there very securely. My only negative to this gaiter is that it doesn't do well in the hot temps, you tend to sweat a ton under them, they don't breathe extremely well. But for snow or moderate temps, this gaiter is unparalleled. I have never had it tear with a crampon on either.

The Bora had mixed reviews to me. I absolutely love this pack for climbing. It fits everything without question. I love the pocket in the front for easy accessibility. This pack is really hard to pack badly, it just seems to distribute weight well. However, I used it for backpacking and found that it rubbed on my hips, collarbone, and spine. I have red spots all down my back. The padding is not extremely soft or forgiving. Either way, I love this pack for climbing, it'll be a long time before I replace it.
