These shoes a ridiculously nice to run in! The quicklace sinches down the shoe on the arch of your foot and keeps your toes from sliding around and hitting the front of your shoe. Never had a shoes hug my foot like these do!

I am training for a 50 mile ultra and so far this little pack has worked great! Perfect amount of water for long runs (20milesish). I have a 28 inch waist and the pack only has about a inch and a half on each side of tightening room and when the bladder is empty its almost maxed out. nice storage on the waist band, each pocket can hold two power gels. The two pockets on the back can hold 5-6 power gels. The elastic band is super nice on the back. I keep a light jacket in there and on super long runs (25+) i have a water bottle that i strap in. Pack doesn't bounce or slosh whatsoever and is super comfortable.

This boot is awesome! Fits and feels just like a alpine ski boot. The lateral stiffness of the boot really puts your skis on edge and the bevels have the perfect amount of stiffness. I would compare the stiffness to that of the scarpa T1 race. Tried out the bd customs and could barely flex the toe so i went with the push and don't regret it. 1st day in them felt like they were already broke in! the BOA liner is awesome and really helps out with the fit of the liner to youre calf. I had a pair of scarpa T1's before this boot and the push beats them out in everyway. Needless to say i won't be going back to scarpa.

i have the crew version and the zip up in the wool 2 and wear them both to much. I can workout in them multiple days before they even start to smell. Really soft and comfy and have a nice slim fit. Would recommend to everyone.

These bindings are great for going down but the freeride definitely wins on the uphill.The Duke's heel lift has two settings. Both settings are short and the biggest one is at least 2 inches shorter than the freerides heel lift. The short heel lift makes it hard to hike on steep AT trails because you have to lift your heel that much more each time thus making you tired from keeping up with all the Fritschi riders. Also you have to take your skis off to lock the bindings down which means more time and more energy. Bottom Line-The Dukes are for the skier who hikes once a month. If your not that guy/girl get the freerides!

This headlamp works great! Good light with the LED's or the single halogen. Only problem i have with it is that the green blinking light wears down the battery so when you go to use it almost all your juice is gone
