Pretty Nice
The North Face TKA 100 Masonic Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's
September 24, 2008
My first thought was that the "alba green" color was lighter than I expected. But, the jacket has a nice fit to it, and a very feminine cut. It looks "cute" with most anything, but isn't the best piece of technical gear ever. The arms were a bit short for me when using the thumb loops. It's also warmer than I expected-- a great fall/spring jacket, and probably great to layer with, too.

screw it on tightly...
Sigg 0.75 Thermos
September 24, 2008
This thermos does keep things hot (or cold) for quite a long time. That aspect of it is great. My one warning is that you should definitely screw the stopper in VERY tightly, otherwise it will leak all over you when you open the thermos. Many times it has looked totally sealed to me, and I've gotten an unfriendly surprise when opening it later. That aspect, not so great. It's also pretty light, and seems to be durable. My husband takes it everywhere with him, and it's holding up so far.

Great harness!
CAMP USA Jade Climbing Harness - Women's
July 16, 2006
I ordered this harness because I liked the auto-adjusting leg loop feature. I was having trouble decididng between a fixed loop leg and an adjustable leg. This harness was the perfect solution--I love it. The leg-loop feature does make the harness "jerk" just a little when you first begin your descent--it's scary the first time, but it's really just the harness adjusting. In addition to that feature, the fabric on the inside of the waistband is really soft, and the extra hook and loop closure on the waistband is nice. The color is really pretty too! I would say that CAMP's sizing chart is also accurate, but if you wear your harness a little low, I would definitely go up a size. This is a great harness, I'd definitely recommend it.
