Canyon Shirt is great

Mountain Hardwear Canyon Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 July 5, 2006

When I bought my first Canyon Shirt several months ago, I couldn't imagine what I would use the Napoleon pocket for. It seemed useless to me, until I went on a hike where I had printed a map online. It's a perfect map pocket! (Provided it's printed on 8 1/2 x 11, folded in quarters. It wouldn't easily hold a standard accordion-fold map.)
It beats having to take your backpack off to check the map, and it's even handier than your pants pocket. I love this shirt. The only drawback is that the fabric pills on the back if you wear a backpack. I was surprised by that because I figured friction would have been taken into account when they chose a fabric.
But I have the shirt in several colors, and I would gladly buy another if a cool color becomes available.
