Polar F11 HR Monitor: the right choice.

Polar F11 Heart Rate Monitor

Polar F11 Heart Rate Monitor

Rating for this product: 5 June 19, 2006

I shopped for over a year for a hear rate monitor. I train in gyms and at home. I am 50 years old and have been exercising for the last 27 years. This monitor was my selection because of the number of features, and the price, which this website had the best price. The watch has the ability to collect and store a lot of data, and the instruction book says there is a way to download data to my computer with some optional software. I rate this product a 10/10 for features, ease of use and applicability to my exercise needs. I like it because I can customize my exercise goals and I get feedback daily and weekly (it even gives me a positive message when I have met my goals for the entire week). Right now I am using it to help me burn enough calories per day to drop some weight and to maximize my cardiovascular fitness (that is a choice for goal setting with this product). I can see how much time I have spent in each of three exercise zones based on the data the device collects. Great product. If you want to get a lot of information for different exercise and fitness goals, get this heart rate monitor, it is an investment in yourself, and after all, what is your health worth?
