  • Stomping Grounds:

Mostly SLC in Little Cottonwood canyon.
  • Bio:

I'm a born and raised SLC native. I love my nearby mountains and try to play in them as frequently as possible. I also love to travel to national parks and other climbing sites as much as possible.

Great tent, easy setup!

The North Face Tadpole 23 Bx Tent: 2-Person 3-Season

The North Face Tadpole 23 Bx Tent: 2-Person 3-Season

Rating for this product: 5 May 16, 2010

I've had the Tadpole 23 for about 6 years now and I love it. It packs up small and is easy to pack in. It's nice to have this tent when you're strolling into your camp right before dark and you're tired and hungry because it's simple to set up. I'd recommend getting the footprint with it because you can skip the tent part and set the poles in the grommets and throw the fly over it for even easier set up. Great tent for backpacking.

Love the TCU's

Metolius Ultralight TCU Packaged Sets

Metolius Ultralight TCU Packaged Sets

Rating for this product: 4 May 17, 2007

These were the perfect addition to my rack. All I had for small cracks were BD Stoppers, which have worked well for me, but I needed a more versatile piece of equipment for the hard to fit cracks. These have been perfect for the thin Little Cottonwood cracks we've all grown to love. TCU's are very smooth to place and smooth to clean. I recommend them for anybody's rack.
