Nice boots

Alpina BC 100 Backcountry Boot

Alpina BC 100 Backcountry Boot

Rating for this product: 4 March 29, 2006

Nice boot. Broke in the first time I used them. Easy to get on and off. Feet stayed warm and dry. Very lightweight too. I only used them 3 times so far, mostly on flat trails some deep powder with day pack very well made. No heel lift! I use a thin wool sock in them.

the tongue

Alpina BC 1550 Backcountry Boot

I sent these back. The tongue is not long enough, it sticks up in the air and has wings that stick out to the side so snow can get behind it. I like the tongue to lay flat.
