Normally we use the camelbak bottles in our house, but my six year old is a chewer and the bite valves on them do not last with her. I have used the regular nalgene bottles, but being six she does not always pay attention and often will wear a bit of the water from those if she is not careful. This one she can walk and drink her water at the same time, can't really do much damage to it (though, when I washed it I noticed a few teeth marks around the valve, but nothing that hinders its performance). She doesn't really have it laying down or just tossed in her backpack much so we haven't really had the chance to test out some of the leak issues others have had. So far, it works great for her!

I usually wear the reef sandy flip flops because I love the colors and they are really comfortable. I found these however, to be even more so. I do wish there were some better colors to choose from though. Aside from that they are amazing and I feel better supported in these as opposed to traditional "thong" flip flops...

I picked this up in rose (I really like the blue color, but the strange graphic on the bottom does not quite do it for me....). It is very comfortable and looks great. I wear it to work and to work out. Serves many purposes. I will admit though, it did shrink the first time I put it in the dryer so beware if it is a perfect fit on you before washing.

A little lower of a rise than I would wish, but I love them! Very cute and people seem to really like the buttons, which I wasn't too sure about at first, but they do add something to it!

I love these socks. Smartwool is by far my favorite brand. I have never had an issue with quality. I ordered these in the watermelon color which is definitely a pink and not orange like shown above, but they are still great and super comfortable. I am really picky about my socks so I don't mind the price because you get what you pay for with smartwool.

I've owned many pairs of hiking shoes and boots and have been satisfied in the past only by Keen and Asolo brands. While I still love those I just loved the way these shoes looked and thought I might try out a new pair for the new year. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much I loved these! They size was right on target with my other top brands (women's 6). Bottom line: these look great, feel great, and give me stability.

I probably would have truly loved these if I didn't feel like they fit about a half size too large. I normally wear a 6 so I figured.... 6. Its a bit loose, however still perfectly functional for slippers. I'd rather a bit loose than a bit too snug.... Warm enough for a quick run to the mail box or out to the garage...

I ordered this in dark/light thistle, xs. The sleves were a little tight, yet it was oddly loose in the mid section, but fitted again at the waist and neck..... I think being full-zip is what made it even less attractive as the zipper would kind of pop out in the middle area making me look rather unshapely... The color was nice and while the material was super soft it didn't seem like it would hold up very well. I might have considered keeping it if it had not been so expensive, but for this price I expected to be a little more pleased.

Ok, so I was really excited about this jacket, based on all the wonderful reviews and the fact that people said it was tighter than it used to be. That and I chose the foam green color which looks great online. The jacket, which is more of a tinted white came to me and seemed rather loose. The sleeves were pretty baggy and I felt as though there was a lot more room in it than I would need even if layering. (I'm 5'2", 100lbs and ordered an XS). The material seems great and it does feel cozy so now I am debating keeping it since I got such a great deal from Backcountry.com and using it as a spare, or returning it and getting a children's size in one of the darker greens.... I will have to try it with some layers underneath. Even if it is loose and there's wind I can cinch the waist with the drawstring. I'm beginning to lose faith in TNF products however, and am starting to gear towards Mountain Hardwear since their products seem to fit small frames much better. Perhaps I'm just too small to enjoy TNF which is kind of a bummer.

The material was great and they would have been cute if they didn't look like I could fit myself in one leg and my daughter in the other. I ordered a size 4 and it seemed more like a 14. Even if the rear and waist had been of adequate size they would have come down to my ankles, which is not attractive or very functional as a capri.

These "shorts" are so comfortable on me. I'm 5'2 and the size two is more like a higher capri as they come just past my knees. There is a slit of the back of the cuff on the bottom to allow your knees to move freely though so the are still completely functional. I can move very easily in these and they are so very soft even after MANY washes. I wear them bouldering and they have withstood a few slips and since they are long my knees are still covered. I usually wear long pants hiking, but always keep these with me in case it gets too hot. My only complaint is that after being in my pack all day the don't "unwrinkle" really, but by the time I am done and change into them if I didn't before my return the wrinkles don't even matter because they feel like a dream!

I figured I would not have the opportunity to use these until September, but even in the heat they proved to be great! I thought I would end up being pretty warm all day if I wore them in the 80 degree weather hiking. After all the horrible rain and thunder we trekked through I am so glad that I decided to wear these on that day. Not only was I not hot before the rain, my legs were so comfortable even during. They kept me dry, moved freely, and are extremely durable when brushed strongly against or smashed against rock. I think I will wear these a lot more than I had originally intended to. The inseam seemed a little short to me at first even though I'm only 5'2, but it didn't seem to matter much with boots on.

I suppose my thoughts on these pants would have been much different if I could fit into them. Compared to my other TNF pants these seemed huge, but it seems it can be hit or miss on the pant sizing with TNF sometimes. Since the size 2 is way too big on me I can't just exchange for a smaller size. I will say that the material felt great though, if I could fit into these I'm sure I would have loved them :(

I have the original long sleeve version which was a little tight, but this one is fitted but loose which is great for these super hot days. Its cute and comfy and just what I was looking for out of my purchase.

The material was great so I wish these had worked out well, but they fit all wrong. I have a pair of Ryn cords size 2 that fit wonderfully. I ordered these in XS and they were way too long and completely huge in the waist/butt/crotch area. I love TNF, but these pants just did not work out for me, hopefully others will have better luck.

I love this shirt, the material is amazing. It is super soft and bounces back to shape easy after washing. I wear it all the time for casual wear, a hiking shirt, and even to bed sometimes! The fit is great too, not too long, not too short and perfectly fitted!

I could wear these puppies to bed. The moment I put them on I didn't want to take them off. They are very light weight, comfortable and stylish to boot (or to shoe)! I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend these to anyone. I feel very well supported and ready to go every time I tie them up for a jaunt up the hill.

I purchased this skirt with a little skepticism but once it came I fell in love. The material is amazing and will be perfect for summer days and nights. Dries quickly and washes easily. I have to pick one up in another color now so that my boyfriend can stop asking me if it is the ONLY skirt I own!

These shoes are very cute and wonderfully comfortable in the soles. I can see where blisters could be a potential problem because of where the top of the heel seems to hit (and maybe that's just me) but I have had that problem with shoes before and it has never been something that has lasted more than a few wears. I did not have a problem with the fit and ordered my usual size, but everyone is different (when I purchase Asolo shoes I have to order a 6 so maybe I simply have a misconception about my shoe size!)

I have purchased 3 pairs of these in the past 8 years or so. I love them and they are the only sunglasses I will buy for myself. I'm pretty small, 5'2" and so most sunglasses are somewhat loose and large on me. These fit me great and last through all the beatings I give them. I am always on the go and to be perfectly honest, I don't take great care of my things. My first pair got lost, which is why I replaced them then, and the second pair which I had for years was retired mainly due to my toddler. She would play with them and after a long time of that the arms were a little outstretched so I bought a new pair just to ensure a tighter fit and gave the old ones to my toddler for her own pair to trash..... The pair I purchased to replace that one has lasted strong for over a year and a half now. I love these sunglasses!

Yet again, The North Face makes a product that I just love! This shirt is cute, soft and super comfortable. I usually wear an XS and while some of TNF's stuff has run a little large to me in the past, this seems to fit well and goes through the washer and dryer A-Ok!

It does seem to run a little small, but even extra smalls are usually not that fitting on me, I am pretty tiny and can fit into children's clothes on occasion, as long as they have the proper length! So for me, this shirt fit quite well! I did notice as noted in one of the other reviews that the elbows indeed are a bit tight, but I can bend them. I like it and am happy with my purchase.........

I love these, I normally wear a size 0 or 1, so I was a little nervous about this, but there is no danger of these falling off, so I am pleased. They are super comfy and definitely roomy for me (i'm pretty much a stick, so I have trouble finding clothes that are fitted), but it seems like they would be comfortable for any body type. The material is soft and the color is good (I ordered the green). I'm 5'2" and got the regular length so they go perfect with all my boots. I think I may order a 2short for my flats and sneakers, but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase!

This is a great jacket. I love it. It’s comfy and warm and is just the right weight. It seemed a little big though for its size. I wear an XS and this is not as fitted as my other TNF fleece, but it is still great!!

This is a great shirt! I bought it in purple and plan to buy it in the other colors as well. It looks great for work, going out, and just around town. Soft and comfortable and goes with anything! Definitely order one size up, the empire waist pulls chest a little more snug than it would normally be for that size! Other than that I love it, love it, love it!!
