Sanuk SUV Shoe - Men's

Sanuk SUV Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 April 13, 2009

these things run half a size small and i think they only make whole sizes so be careful on your order. amazingly comfy right out of the box, let me just say i got them 3 days ago and haven't worn any other shoes since. these things rock, hiked around in em a bit ran around a bit and chilled, never felt uncomfortable. feels great on your feet (the sole has built in grooves for your toes and arch and such). i don't know what else to say these things are great, splurge and get a pair you won't be dissapointed.

they look good, for a bit

Celsius Rexford Snowboard Boot - Men's

Celsius Rexford Snowboard Boot - Men's

Rating for this product: 1 April 8, 2009

These boots are cotton "water resistant". That says enough right there, who the hell makes a boot that is only water resistant? I work at Wolf Creek Ski Area in Colorado as a snowboard instructor so here's an honest opinion. After not even a week on these things, only 3-5 days riding hard they are completely torn apart. The heel is ripped off one of my boots and damn close on the other one. Besides your feet being wet half way through the day from the "water resistant" material, the sole has no grip at all so good luck walking through the parking lot. The liner design is flawed, when you tighten the liner the button sticks straight out horizontally fitting right against the tongue so when you tighten the laces it pushes the button on the liner after about a run or two, and the liner becomes completely loose. This leaves with you huge heel lift and there goes your 8/10 flex it becomes a 1/10. When I replaced the liners with some 32's the flex is great, really stiff, but I can't say much else for the rest of the boot. The black stripes faded away instantly so the boots went from a sick design to an ugly green patchyness. I don't care about the looks but since they preform like crap it would be cool if they at least looked dope, wrong. The toe is torn up from resting my board on it, again, after less than 10 days. I don't care how cheap these things go on sale for, don't get em. I hope to try out some higher end Celsius boots to change my opinion on their product but as of now I couldn't recommend it.

sickest board

Lib Technologies T. Rice MTX Snowboard

Lib Technologies T. Rice MTX Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 February 2, 2009

I've been riding for about 11 years now, first board a burton, last 2 libtechs. I bought this board this season (I'm a snowboard instructor) so knew I had to get the goods. I'm 5'11'' and got the 161.5. This thing rips it in the Colorado powder, and on those hardpack/icy groomer days you can lay down deep carves without slippin out. If you're even thinking about buying this board, do it.

DAKINE Scout Glove - Men's

DAKINE Scout Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 1 December 29, 2008

if you got these for boarding/skiing in the colorado rockies like i did, you will be greatly dissappointed, the pinky is so far away from the other fingers it gets cold no matter what, in 9 degrees Fahrenheit with the liners (which have a huge rip in them after first use in between palm and index) they are extremely cold. way too roomy to be warm and too bulky to do anything in them. these things are not warm what so ever. don't waste your money.

Metolius Super Chalk Eco Ball

Metolius Super Chalk Eco Ball

Rating for this product: 3 December 1, 2008

feels like little styrafoam balls, really weird compared to normal chalk, works great at keeping my hands dry but doesnt last very long at all so i seem to use more. i do like how you cant see a trace on the rock after using it though, but i would stick with regular chalk unless you have a secret problem you dont want people finding haha.

Backcountry.com Wool Hooded Jacket - Men's

Backcountry.com Wool Hooded Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 1, 2008

i wear this thing on pretty much any occasion, camping, climbing, hiking, boarding as a layer, to town, so on... in freezing weather i don't feel cold with just a t shirt under this thing, it is very warm but still breathable i don't feel like im in a sweat box. spend the money and get this jacket, plus it has a cool goat on it. im 5'11'' and 150 and this thing fits absolutely perfect in a medium, i have long arms and the sleeves still have a little room which is nice. the medium is a little slim fitted on me but that's how i expected it to be. buy this jacket.

Backcountry.com Siphon Street Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt - Men’s

Rating for this product: 5 December 1, 2008

my brother got it, hes 6'2" about 180, the xl fits him perfect, the waist cut may be a little short but he has a long torso. he has very long arms and they fit nice. he wore it boarding to test it out, not the best for blocking wind but a great hoodie regardless.
