The only running/trail shoes i'll buy!

Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra Trail Running Shoe - Women's

Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra Trail Running Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 June 22, 2009

I have both the Gore-Tex and regular version of this shoe and they are the only running/trail shoe I will buy. I have both high arches and bunions and these work with both of the conditions. Because of the mesh uppers any funky toes issues work themselves out really quickly. Mt heals don’t slip because of the lacing system and you can slip them on for a trip to the grocery store real east.

Note: These shoes are built on the same Adidas Oswego foot bed which provides that “wing” look at the heal and gives great support for trail running. If you normally wear Adidas these will fit you great.

This thing rocks!

Therm-a-Rest Compressible Pillow

Therm-a-Rest Compressible Pillow

Rating for this product: 5 June 15, 2009

I was a little nervous when i first got this since it seemed like a half filled pillow with some foam pieces in it. When I went back to the tent later the medium pillow was totally full and puffy. It provided great support and packs really small for how big it gets. Open it when you get to camp so it has time to "inflate" in true therm-a-rest fashion.

Great for on and off the hill

DAKINE Heli-Pro - Women's

DAKINE Heli-Pro - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 December 28, 2006

This pack is great. I use it for traveling and skiing. I can fit my laptop, books, mags, etc. The multiple sections make it easy to keep things organized. I haven't done much hiking with it this season because of the amount of powder we have been getting. Seems like this bag fits almost like the mens version but a little smaller for a womens frame. I'm only 5'4" and it's great.
