This is the beginning of my 32nd year of running. Just when I thought I knew everything about training, along came the Polar Heart Rate Monitor. I've wanted to try one for years and wish now I hadn't waited so long. The S210 has taken my training to a new level very quickly. In only a few weeks I'm seeing significant results.
