How easy do the heel lifters work on these shoes? I used a pair of Atlas ones today, and I thought the lift bars were very difficult to get down.

These shoes are an especially good fit for narrow feet. They have lots of traction for getting over the loose, rocky, stuff, and are somewhat waterproof.
